What We Do

Our Products

Business Finance

is any type of business finance that doesn’t come from a mainstream providers like high street banks. Mainstream finance is great for many businesses — but the banks often have criteria which smaller businesses can’t fulfil, and they need other options.

Development Finance

is a loan granted purely for the development or refurbishment of residential, commercial or mixed use properties. It is often granted to experienced builders or developers, enabling them to raise the capital to convert prospects into a commercial reality. Specialist development finance lenders will take the future value of the property into consideration when agreeing a loan.

Invoice Factoring

As long as a company has a decent turnover and satisfactory volume of accounts receivable, invoice factoring and discounting are viable options that might ease cash flow issues, however, invoice discounting is most suited to established companies with annual turnovers of at least £250,000. Due to the nature of the financing stipulations, this route is rarely feasible for start-ups and new businesses.

Bridging Loans

are a short-term, high interest funding option, bridging a gap at times when outgoing debt and incoming credit don’t synchronise seamlessly. Bridging loans, primarily but not exclusively used to facilitate property purchases, these stop-gap solutions can be significantly more expensive than other avenues

VAT Funding

Applicable only for VAT registered companies. VAT funding allows businesses to access cash flow quickly and easily. The lender will settle the quarterly VAT return and the client makes the first payment to the VAT funding facility 30 days after the lender pays the VAT bill.

Asset Funding

Business asset funding involves paying an agreed, recurring fee for use of the asset over an agreed time period, negating a large initial capital outlay and maximising consistent cash flow. The most common types of business asset funding are car and van leasing, and hire purchase.
